Health coaching is it right for me ?

What is Health Coaching ?

Firstly, Health coaches are trained holistic wellness practitioners who work alongside other health care professionals to help you build a tool box of positive lifestyle changes to improve your health.

There is no one size fits all method to coaching as everyone’s life circumstances, bodies and minds are different and coaches are trained to take a 360° approach to help you find the best tools for you to see and feel that shift to better health. Relationships, movement, career and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat, your sleep and stress levels.

Health Coaching works by providing a safe, judgement-free space and confidential framework in which you can get to the bottom of your own unique health challenges. This supportive mentoring will gently hold you to account as you learn which whole foods to bring into your diet, to review your daily movement and find ways to reduce stress and improve your sleep for example. Enabling you to build better lifestyle patterns to serve you well going forward.

So whether you are struggling with fatigue, stress, fluctuating hormones, low mood, lack of sleep, poor gut health, living in a toxic food or lifestyle pattern and feeling unhappy with your body shape, a health coach will support you as you break those unhealthy habits and create a healthier sustainable lifestyle of wellness.
