I’m Sophie an accredited health coach. My passion is to help you rediscover your healthiest body and balanced wellness. Whether you are struggling with fatigue, post viral exhaustion, weight gain, migraines, skin, gut issues, lack of energy, poor sleep, rocketing stress levels, together we can break your spiral of less healthy habits with supportive, empowering & kind 1:1 coaching.
My approach is based on my 6 wellness pillars grounded in eating well, moving regularly, managing stress, sleep and more. Together we can find that illusive wellness that you have been yearning for & celebrate the incredible changes your body and mind can bounce back from in sustainable ways that will serve you after our coaching has finished.
