Banana Ice Cream

Yields4 Servings
Ingredients
4 ripe bananas, chopped into 3cm chunks then frozen (approx 3 pieces per banana)
2 tbsp almond milk (or which ever nut milk you prefer)
1 tbsp peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
Optional
ground cinnamon, grated dark chocolate, almond flakes
Directions
1

Tip the frozen banana chunks and milk into a high speed blender. Blend together to create a smooth consistency (it will make a terrible sound but stick with it !) stopping once to scrape the sides down with a spatula.

2

Add the peanut butter (and any other extras) and blend everything together. Taste and add more cinnamon etc.. if you feel it needs it.

3

We eat ours straight away with a few extra toppings or if you prefer pop the ice cream into a freezer proof container and freeze for an hour or so to firm up.

4

It can live in the freezer for ages but I promise you it will be eaten pronto !
