Beetroot, Strawberry and Ginger Zinger

Blend the beetroot, carrots, ginger and turmeric first on high until everything is well chopped up.
Then add the spinach, turmeric zinger shot and milk and blend again, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Lastly throw in two generous handfuls of frozen strawberries and blend again (it will be noisy but hang on in there!).
You should end up with a lightly frozen smoothie that you can drink or eat with a spoon depending on how much milk you add.
This is a glass of goodness. Full of detoxifying goodies, a real pick me up after a full on weekend or when you have been overdoing things !
