Vitamin D Boosters

Oily fish such as mackerel, anchovies, salmon and sardines are a great sauce of vitamin D so check out my blog posts on anchovies and sardines for some quick meal ideas as well as my sardine pate recipe in the quick meals & snacks section of recipes too.
This beautiful dish was my lunch recently - so yummy.
Poached Eggs with avocado, broccoli, mushrooms and or wilted spinach are a great vitamin D booster.
Baked portobello mushrooms or regular sliced mushrooms are delicious top with smoked salmon or scrambled egg with grated turmeric and steamed spinach. This is currently my favourite speedy supper.
