As I love cooking from scratch, growing some of my own ingredients and generally tinkering around in the kitchen, themes come up through my coaching, blog and from feedback after other workshops which some of you may be interested in. So, this page is where I post one off workshops and food related events which take place in my Suffolk-based kitchen.
Previous workshops include:
“Getting to know Fermented Foods” – which was a relaxed, fun and hands on introduction to lots of different fermented foods for example, Kombucha, Saurkraut and Kefir. Learning how they work with our bodies, why they are so good for us, having a go at making your own and taking home some goodies too.
Other events include “All about Sourdough Starters”, “Seasonal Salads“, “Healthy Treats and Snacks” and others.
