What do I offer?

I offer 1:1 Health Coaching and as a trained Health Coach I take a 360 degree approach to your health and wellness.

You may feel that your wellness has taken a back seat for far too long, that you are not in control of your health and feel unhappy with the way your body looks and feels too. Then I am here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be like that and you can feel rested, energised, looking your best and feeling in-charge of your own wellness again.

With my nurturing and supportive coaching, I look beyond a good or a bad diet and together we look honestly at your health by focussing on my 6 pillars:

Our relationship as health coach and client is a partnership and together we will discover the answers to your health goals. I see the layers that I offer as a personalised tool box to your wellness and we will use these to create achieveable lifestyle changes, so that you can continue on with balanced health long after our coaching has finished.

What will happen?

We will have a 15 minute FREE discovery call (on Zoom). This is your chance to ask questions and discover how I can help you. Book a chat here. There is no obligations to take things further, this is a time for us to get to know each other and see if we would work well together.

I will explain how the coaching process works, how we would meet, 1-1 via Zoom/WhatsApp either bi-monthly or monthly depending on your immediate needs and the way I work our coaching time around you.

I currently offer:

  • Premium 1-1 coaching package (3 months)
  • Deep Dive 1-1 Coaching Package (1 month)
  • “Turn your kitchen healthy” (1.5 hr session on zoom)
  • Ongoing health coaching (current clients only)

Why are my coaching packages one to three months ? I don’t believe a one off quick fix will give you lasting results so I offer a one month or three month timeframe to lead you though the coaching process. I feel this is the very best way to remove old habits and set firm the new so that you can see and feel the results you are yearning for. Working 1-1 means that every programme is completely unique and I can be in contact with you where ever you are in the world. Location is no problem I will guide and support you every step of the way.
