What do I offer?
A a trained Primal Health Coach I take a multi faceted approach to health and wellness. I look beyond a good diet and take a whole person approach to health & wellness taking into account these 6 elements:

- – Stress Management
- – Connection to Others
- – Me time
I see the layers that I offer as building blocks to your optimal wellness and together we will address what you value most from your well-being. We will use these values to create specific goals that will bring you closer to where you want to be health-wise. As your coach I will not dictate to you, I believe YOU are best placed to make your own wellness decisions and should be your own expert, after all you live in your skin and so you know it best.
By working together we aim to create permanent, lasting, positive change. The relationship between health coach and client is a partnership. Rather than going to see a doctor for “all the answers”, through the health coaching process we will discover the answers together.
As women we are constantly adapting to change from juggling work and home life, the changes that happen within our bodies from having children, hormone and weight fluctuations, changing stress levels and altering sleep patterns. As we learn to adjust to these natural changes it can be hard finding the right help to achieve the lasting, vibrant health we all strive for. I most enjoy working with women who find they are at a crossroads or who would like help adjusting to their changing health needs.
Perhaps you need a bit of motivation to exercise regularly and in the best way possible for your body, or maybe you could do with some help to control caffeine or sugar cravings, maybe you just need strategies for wiser food shopping or help managing excessive stress. Or as I mentioned earlier if you would like help in achieving efficient fat burning, overcoming weight loss, moderating insulin production, lowering inflammation, rebalancing hormones and blood sugar imbalances and exercising for optimal health then this is for you.
My one overriding passion is to help and connect with others in a supportive, caring and empathetic way so you can live your healthiest life possible. So think of me as your cheerleader as well as a coach on your wellness journey.

What will happen?
First we will have a 15 minute free discovery call to see if we are a good fit.
Secondly we will discuss which programme will best suit your needs and then arrange how to meet going forward, 1-1 via phone/Skype either weekly, bi-monthly or monthly depending on your immediate needs. We will chat over and mutually agree on your new goals and how you can work towards achieving them through information, plans and modifying behaviour patterns.
I offer a variety of plans including:
- – One off 2 hour consultation
- – Kitchen/pantry/freezer detox morning
- – “Get me started” in four weeks
- – “Wellness framework to live by” in 90 day
- – “Plant-based eating and how to get started”
- – Ongoing health coaching
Clients will often pick a combination of my above mentioned courses and for optimum lasting results a six month timeframe is best to remove old habits and set firm the new but I am happy to provide shorter programmes or longer if you feel that fits better with your over all health goals.
It is quite normal to start with more frequent appointments but then spread them out as you adapt to your new health habits. A one off quick fix will never be long lasting so sticking to your personal coaching plan for a six month period is invaluable in order for you to see long-term success.
Because I work 1-1, every programme is completely unique and I can be in contact with you where ever you are in the world. Location is no problem I will guide and support you every step of the way.

What can I expect from my course?
We are after sustainable, long servicing results that will stay with you over time. You will discover what you need to change and how to do that. We are all unique so we will find out what is best for you and your body through a balance of nutrition know-how, movement for optimum health, stress, sleep and lifestyle adjustments.
In order to feel well and strong you have to do your own push-ups, no one else can do them for you but you can have a cheerleader right beside you telling you that you can do it and to pick you up on a low day. I can be that person so think of me as your own personal “Goodness Motivator”.
