What do I offer?
As a trained Primal Health Coach I take a 360 degree approach to your health and wellness. I will help you to press the “Pause and Reset” button on your wellness, with natural, down to earth, supportive mentoring grounded in a non judgemental safe space to make the healthy changes you need for your body and mind.
You may feel that your wellness has taken a back seat for far too long, that you are not in control of your health issues and are unhappy with the way your body looks and feels too. Then I am here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be like that and you can feel rested, rejuvenated, looking fabulous and feeling in-charge of your own wellness again.
I look beyond a good or a bad diet and look at all of your health & wellness taking into account these 6 elements:
- – Nutrition
- – Movement
- – Sleep
- – Stress Management
- – Connection to Others
- – Me time
Our relationship as health coach and client is a partnership. Rather than going to see a doctor for “all the answers”, through the health coaching process we will discover the answers together. I see the layers that I offer as building blocks to your optimal wellness and together we will address what you value most from your well-being. We will use these values to create achieveable lifestyle changes that will bring you closer to where you want to be health-wise. I believe YOU are best placed to make your own wellness decisions, after all you live in your skin and so you know it best. Together we will uncover the tools you need to build a lasting framework for wellness so that you can continue on with balanced health long after our coaching has finished.

As women we are constantly adapting to change from juggling work and home life, the changes that happen within our bodies from having children, hormone and weight fluctuations, changing stress levels and altering sleep patterns. As we learn to adjust to these natural changes it can be hard finding the right help to achieve the lasting, vibrant health we all strive for.

What will happen?
First we will have a 15 minute free discovery call to see if we are a good fit.
Secondly we will discuss which style of coaching will best suit your needs and arrange how to meet going forward, 1-1 via phone/Skype/Zoom/WhatsApp either bi-monthly or monthly depending on your immediate needs.
I offer a variety of plans including:
- – “Pause and Reset” 1-1 coaching (3 months)
- – “Turn your kitchen healthy” (morning)
- – Ongoing health coaching for current clients
Clients will often pick a combination of these and for developing lasting results a three month timeframe is the very best way to remove old habits and set firm the new. A one off quick fix will never be long lasting so sticking to your personal coaching plan for a three month period is invaluable in order for you to see long-term success.
Because I work 1-1, every programme is completely unique and I can be in contact with you where ever you are in the world. Location is no problem I will guide and support you every step of the way.
