What is a health coach?
A health coach will see you as a completely unique person and work with you to unravel your health issues to bring about the wellness changes you want in your life. Relationships, movement, career and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. As a health coach, I take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person. A health coach works alongside other health care professionals to provide you with a tool box to incorporate positive lifestyle changes into your life.
How does it work?
Health Coaching works by providing a safe and confidential framework in which you can get to the bottom of your own unique health challenges. Through nutritional guidance, customised exercise programmes, stress reduction and many other aspects, together we will design a structure that will enable you to create lifestyle patterns that will serve you well going forward. You will gain support, information and tools to help you implement change. You will be held to account for your new found health commitments to encourage you forward towards positive results.

Why are Primal Health Coaches different?
I am trained in Primal Health Coaching which provides the most in-depth and up to date ancestral health education available. This style of coaching is different to standard health coaching because we believe that for optimum vitality and wellness one needs a balance of nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, sun and play. So with this in mind, we emphasise the balance of tasty whole food, occasional indulgences, moderate and accessible physical activity so that you can enjoy getting your health back on track. Primal is not a diet but a lifestyle and it has equipped me with an arsenal of well-informed alternative choices based on science and experience to best serve you.
Health Coaching is for anyone who wants to make positive wellness changes in their lives. We all know we should eat more veggies, move more and get good sleep but it is not always easy to achieve on our own. A health coach gives you support whilst you build lasting health habits that fit with your life. Dieting and relentless exercise can often lead to a feeling of misery and with no long lasting success. If you would like help in achieving efficient fat burning, overcoming weight loss plateus, moderating insulin production, lowering inflammation, rebalancing hormones and blood sugar imbalances and exercising for optimal health then this is for you.
