What is a health coach?
A health coach will see you as a completely unique person and work with you to unravel your health issues to bring about the balance of wellness you feel may be lacking. Relationships, movement, career and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat, your sleep and stress levels. As a health coach, I take a 360 degree approach to supporting you. A health coach works alongside other health care professionals to provide you with a tool box to incorporate positive lifestyle changes into your life.
How does it work?
Health Coaching works by providing a safe and confidential framework in which you can get to the bottom of your own unique health challenges. A judgement-free zone filled with natural, down to earth, supportive mentoring to suit you. Whether it be learning about which wholefoods to bring into your diet, reviewing your daily movement, finding ways to reduce stress and improve your sleep for example, together we can build a wellness toolbox to improve your health to serve you well going forward. I truly believe that a “coaching with kindness” approach will help you create change by gently holding you to account as you build a more healthy and sustainable way of life to suit you.

Why are Primal Health Coaches different?
I am trained in Primal Health Coaching which provides the most in-depth and up to date ancestral health education available, this looks at how we are designed as human beings and what we truly need to thrive. This style of coaching is different to standard health coaching because we believe that for that sweet spot of wellness we need a balance of nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, sun and contact with others. We look for a balance of tasty wholefood, occasional treats, moderate and achieveable physical movement and more, so that you can enjoy getting your health back on track. Primal is not a diet but a lifestyle and it has equipped me with an arsenal of natural choices based on science and experience to best serve you.
Health Coaching is for you if you want to make positive lifestyle changes. We all know we should eat more veggies, move more and get good sleep but it is not always easy to achieve this on our own. A health coach gives you support whilst you build lasting health habits that fit with your life. If you would like to feel and look healthier, getting your sleep and stress under control, setting yourself up for healthy eating success in the kitchen, maybe you need an accountability partner to keep you on track as you find the healthy changes that will work best, then Health Coaching is for YOU.
